PAGAMENTI E SPEDIZIONI
Con il pagamento tramite carta o paypal la spedizione tracciabile in tutta Italia ammonta a € 7,50 (sopra i 75€ è gratuita). Nel resto del mondo la tariffa cambia in base al paese.

Le spedizioni in Italia avvengono da un minimo di 2 giorni ad un massimo di 10 lavorativi, nel resto del mondo dai 3 ai 10 giorni lavorativi e verranno affidati ad un corriere espresso.

RIMBORSI E RESI
I cambi NON SONO ACCETTATI
I resi devono essere segnalati ad Alto Jewels® ed effettuati entro e non oltre i 10 giorni lavorativi.

I resi in caso di usura vengono accettati SOLO ed ESCLUSIVAMENTE se l'acquirente abbia rispettato la guida da noi segnalata per LA CURA DEL PRODOTTO.

I prodotti PERSONALIZZATI non possono essere cambiati quindi non verrà accettato il reso.

Gli ordini non possono essere annullati.

La richiesta di reso dovrà essere fatta pervenire in forma scritta, a mezzo di raccomandata AR, al fornitore. Nella stessa comunicazione l'acquirente dovrà indicare le modalità di spedizione o restituzione del bene. Nel momento in cui il fornitore indicherà la sua disponibilità a dar corso al rimborso o al cambio, verranno forniti i dati per la spedizione.
Le spedizioni saranno a carico dell'acquirente a meno che non sia comprovato il danno nato dalla fabbrica (quindi se il reso è dovuto a motivazioni personali, verrà rimborsato SOLO il valore dei prodotti escluse spese di spedizione). Quindi i prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati, indossati, lavati o danneggiati.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato a ricevimento della merce da parte di Alto Jewels®

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
With payment by card or paypal, traceable shipping throughout Italy amounts to € 7.50 (over 75€ is free). In the rest of the world, the rate varies by country. Shipments in Italy take place from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 10 working days, in the rest of the world from 3 to 10 working days and will be entrusted to an express courier.
 
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Exchanges are not accepted.
Returns must be reported to Alto Jewels® and made no later than 10 working days.

Orders cannot be canceled.
 
Returns in case of wear and tear are accepted ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY if the buyer has respected the guide indicated by us for the CARE OF THE PRODUCT.

Personalized items CANNOT BE CHANGED so the return will not be accepted.
 
The request for return must be sent in writing, by registered letter with return receipt, to the supplier. In the same communication, the buyer must indicate the method of shipping or returning the goods. When the supplier indicates its willingness to proceed with the refund or exchange, the shipping data will be provided.
Shipping will be paid by the buyer unless the damage originated by the factory is proven (if the return is due to personal reasons, only the value of the items will be refunded without shipping costs). Therefore the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
The exchange or refund will be made upon receipt of the goods by Alto Jewels®
